I have tried many different types of beard trimmers over the past 14years having a beard. The Beard Brio is the only that only cuts with absolute precision and comfort but also has an amazing battery life. I had mine for over 5years and only got a new one because my old one fell and broke. If you want a beard trimmer that’s great quality and will last for years, Beard Brio is the way to go!

All arrived as expected and did several trims already with the unit working great. No complaints so far!!!

Had the trimmer for less then a year give or take after a few months the display turned black & couldn’t see power levels or battery levels so when it died it died, didn’t expect & confused how a higher price range end trimmer fail.

Shaver

I bought one of these 3 years ago. I wear a full beard so I probably only use it for a few mins every week however I only had to charge it 3 times over the 3 years. Additionally, its an excellent shaver if you take care of it and I felt like it never dulled and always functioned well.

Customer Support

One day my shaver just stopped charging so I emailed Brio customer support to see if there was anything that could be fixed, unfortunately there was nothing to be done as I was beyond the 2 year warranty. However, customer service offered me a 50% discount on a replacement, which was fantastically generous and not at all necessary. I work in marketing and this shows me that Brio cares deeply about their customer loyalty and it really impressed me. I've immediately bought another V1 and will be a loyal Brio customer in the future.

Quite confused. I payed 100$ for this and the trimmer will not turn on after a month of having or. Also, no charger ever came in my box?
