Standard shipping

Most of our shipments are sent with USPS and have a transit time of 7-10 days.
- For items over 1 pound, we do offer a faster service with UPS Ground.
- If multiple products are ordered they may ship separately.
- Shipping notifications are always sent via email but are
sometimes filtered to the junk/spam folder.
- If your address is deemed “undeliverable” by the postal service and returned to sender, Brio Product Group will refund your order less the shipping fees. You will be contacted and can place another order if you choose to do so.
- Because Brio Product Group uses outside services to fulfill orders, we cannot guarantee any shipping speeds.
Returns
