This trimmer has outperformed all prior brand name and barber recommended trimmers I’ve owned in the past. I was lucky to have a friend put me on. Now I pass it forward when I can. The team is polite, responsive and accommodating. Sarah is an exceptional customer service agent if you are ever fortunate enough to speak with her. Brio is the type of company I’m proud to support because its constructed with quality humans delivering exceptional service and product. Sasha~> the queen Sphynx also prefers Brio for her low cut upkeep.

Although I haven't been in the facial grooming scene for long, brio has definitely become my go-to brand. While not too expensive (which was a slight concern to me when initially buying with regards to the quality), the trimmer works amazingly, and the adjustable ceramic blade is a great positive. I do have to note that, after a few months of usage, the battery stopped working; however, after a quick email to customer service I received a brand-new trimmer in the mail just a week later covered in the 2-year warranty. I have loved using this trimmer and for the price it is great quality.

Doesn’t clip well. Attachments are terrible to put on. Battery lasts super long. But for the money there is better out there.

I have had a beard for over 10 years. When my old trimmer broke I opted for this, it does the trimming job fairly well, but no better or worse than the trimmers half the price - but that is about it.

It does not trim to zero, so no good at edging- putting in lines.

The guards are a nightmare to put on/take off; and you are never quite sure if they are in the correct position.

But the worse feature is the battery, it can be showing that there is plenty of charge, only for it to completely run out of juice half way through a trim.

I trim my beard every 3/4 weeks and I have never had a good experience trimming with this and never have I thought I achieved the trim I wanted.

I guess spending money on marketing rather than the product has worked for now.
