Shaver
I bought one of these 3 years ago. I wear a full beard so I probably only use it for a few mins every week however I only had to charge it 3 times over the 3 years. Additionally, its an excellent shaver if you take care of it and I felt like it never dulled and always functioned well.
Customer Support
One day my shaver just stopped charging so I emailed Brio customer support to see if there was anything that could be fixed, unfortunately there was nothing to be done as I was beyond the 2 year warranty. However, customer service offered me a 50% discount on a replacement, which was fantastically generous and not at all necessary. I work in marketing and this shows me that Brio cares deeply about their customer loyalty and it really impressed me. I've immediately bought another V1 and will be a loyal Brio customer in the future.
