Had my V2 or just under 2 years and love it. Feels very solid when used and holds a charge forever. I broke one of my plastic guards this morning and sent an email to Brio customer service. Received a prompt reply within 10 minutes and they shipped me a replacement a little while ago at no charge. It is still under my 2 year warranty which, in itself, is one of the best warranties offered on a trimmer. Great product, even better customer service!
This thing lives up to the hype online and then some. Seriously exceeded expectations. I’ve had a few different trimmers but this one blows them all out of the water. Best of the best. Would highly recommend if you’re looking to step up your grooming game
