The new blade was good but I discovered that the plastics on my old Brio Axis was cracked and I need to buy a new Axis trimmer.

When my new Axis Trimmer arrived the blade dead was broken. So lucky I hade the new replacement head to replace it with.

That brings me to my problem, the new trimmer had a broken head is it possible to have you ship me a new axis trimmer head? I can send the new old head back to you if you’d like.

Bought the replacement blade as I'd had my old head for maybe a year or two, upon opening it and first use it was immediately pulling hairs as if it had been in use for years. Honestly I don't even use it much anymore and have resorted back to using my old head as it pulls hairs less than the brand new blade. Not sure what happened here but extremely disappointed in tbe lack of quality. Bought may 11 writing this review June 26, would have written the review earlier I'm just lazy.

This product had been a great solution for me. The wireless aspect is excellent.

My only gripe is that the spring mechanism in the head is fastened down by a plastic hook. This plastic hook is under constant pressure from the spring mechanism and wears out over time. Eventually it snapped on my previous trimmer head making it completely non-functional.

My suggestion is to fix this failure point by re-engineering the spring hook in metal instead of plastic.

Installed Easily and Works like New!

Great little trimmer. All I would change is to have a more slip resistant housing.
