The beard replacement was simple, quick, and does the trick. I’ve had my beard trimmer for over 4 years, and I won’t use any other brand. Customer service was excellent. Shipping was fast. I highly recommend this product.

I got this as an extra head cause I don’t feel comfortable using the same blade for my face and private area. I was absolutely taken aback by how well the head not only protected me, but how close the cut was. My only gripe is that after a while the metal part of the head starts to get hot and can be a tad uncomfortable, but I think that’s just me being slow. You can definitely feel confident with brio heads as you trim your privates without any real worry of nicking yourself
