I recieved trimmer the other day and this morning, I used it for the very first time, I was use to my old electric nose trimmer , this one is whisper quiet , did not hurt or pinch.

Nice cutting no pull , very pleased , the only thing is I wish they sell spare blade tips , I'm sure this will go dull sometime . Would be nice to have spare on hand . Overall it's the best trimmer I've tried . The size is better than most , easy to carry or store on a trip , looks like a pen or my wife's eyeliner ( she keeps putting it in her make up kit) love how silent and easy to use. I used the straight blade also to trim some long eyebrow scragglers as well , worked great! I highly recommend it , wonderful company , great customer service .

I bought the brio v2 with kit and case last month and wow !! Love it!!

As a returning customer and someone who's very satisfied with their beard trimmer, it was a no brainer to wait for their nose trimmer to come back in stock. Once ordered, I popped in the battery and used it without any problems. Three weeks later and the cap cannot come off. I am not sure I received a defected model. I'm afraid to pick a tweezer at it as it may break because it's plastic.
