Replacement slowed down my razor tremendously, does not cut, and with this ran my battery down from 44 to near zero with one shave. This item is defective and I would like another one sent to me please.

I recently shaved my head due to thinning and l love this head shaver. It gets it down easily. If you want it really close you might have to follow up with a doil blade.
