Just not what I hoped for

Tugs, pulls roughly and doesn’t cut very precisely. I have used it twice cause I’d rather just not use it all than have my eczema acting up all day cause of how rough it is.

Really good trimmer

I like this trimmer it’s strong and cuts really good I like that you can adjust the rpm’s on it and you can get a good amount of cuts before charging again

REplacement

Had to buy a new trimmer after dropping current one in sink. I was

taken care of by Noble, his approach was helpful, professional and extremely

customer oriented. AS my old trimmer was out of warranty, he arranged a 50%

discount on my new one, It arrived in 4 days, I am very pleased with the after sales

service you provided.

2nd unit, 1st one broke after 2yrs

Generally I use them once a week and I've had the clippers for just over 2 yrs. They died on me. Unclear as to why. I had to buy new ones but the customer service rep helped me with pricing on a replacement.
