Not what I was expecting...
Bought the blade put it on and it cut me several times. (I've used trimmers for 10 bucks that cut smoother) Sent email to support with pics of my neck with cuts and they said they'd send me a new one to try. Never got new one and never got another reply. Not a great experience.
