I’ve had the shaver for a little over a year now. I finally decided to get new blades and the motor is not working. I was originally going to return it because the battery life was really short. Whatever, I could deal with that. Just charge it every three uses. lol. But now the motor is dead, it doesn’t have the power to continue any more. Wish I could return the head I just bought.

This Shaver is by far the best head (and face ) shaver I’ve ever used, and over the years I’ve had many, always looking for the fastest closest shave possible. I thought my foil shaver was closer, but after I use my Brio Raze, my foil doesn’t even get dirty, as there is no hair left to be concerned about.

However, I am constantly putting my shaver head back together, as one blade assembly of the 5 per head, seems to come apart about every 3’rd usage. And it’s never the same blade. And they are not that easy to put back together. I wish the battery lasted a little longer on the first setting. It’s not hard to charge, but a longer battery life on camping trips would be nice. It’s a little noisy, but that’s OK. Despite these criticisms, I’ve had many similar shavers, some costing 3X as much, and this unit gives a much closer shave with zero irritation, and it’s quick too. And I can do my head, face and neck nicely. It also gets the hard to get hairs around my ears and on my neck. Where I used to use a conventional razor to touch these areas up.
