Replacement slowed down my razor tremendously, does not cut, and with this ran my battery down from 44 to near zero with one shave. This item is defective and I would like another one sent to me please.

I’ve been using my Brio Raze constantly for well over a year and it is still my go to tool for exactly the head shave I’m looking for. I just purchased a replacement head because it was time.
