    Excellent service

    Sarah was very kind and patient. I had an issue properly assembling the blade so I emailed customer support. She sent me detailed instructions but I still wasn’t able to do it. She even went as far so to send me a tutorial video so that I able to do it.

    Best customer service I've ever experienced, anywhere!

    I broke a part of my trimmer that was not repairable, as well as outside warranty. Sarah took the time to clarify that we were talking about the same part and also provided a discount code so that I could buy a replacement trimmer more easily. I was very impressed and pleased with Sarah's professionalism and thoroughness. On top of the quality of the Brio Beardscape, Sarah's customer service has ensured that I will be a customer for a long, long time.

    TOP TIER CUSTOMER SERVICE

    Sarah gave me the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. She helped me pick the right bundle and made sure I applied the discount codes correctly so I could add an extra item. She went out of her way to explain everything in detail and answered all my (many) questions. Seriously, I couldn’t be happier with the help I got—I’m definitely a lifelong customer now.
