Had to replace a broken guard. Wasn’t thrilled about spending more on a whole new guard set plus a new metal blade. Having said that, I’m very happy with both the new blade and the new guards. I think the trimmer is performing better than with the old plastic blade and guards. It’s a real improvement in my experience over the original.

one of the original guards broke and I needed a replacement. Purchased these with the metal blade. I really like the mag attachment and the guards appear to be more solidly constructed. Think the razor is working better overall with the new metal and these guards.
