    Customer support quick and efficient response3

    I recently got the Beardscape Beard and Body Trimmer V1 and the Snap System. Everything arrived just as I expected! However, there was a little hiccup with the Snap System Case. I reached out to Brio Customer Support, and Sarah was so nice and took care of it quickly. I was really impressed and grateful for her help.

    Great product - even better support!

    I have been using Brio for over 7 years now and recently had some issues with the guards. The support team was so quick to address my issue and also honor the warranty which is unbelievable for the duration of ownership of items. They definitely won me over to buy their newer products for my family. Classic example of a great company that has an excellent product, and a solid customer support to back it up.

    They 👏Took👏Care👏Of 👏 Me 👏

    I dropped and broke the nose hair blade attachment of my nose hair trimmer. I reached out to see if they sold replacement blade heads, I'd be happy to buy another since I knew I would be out of my warranty period. Support confirmed with me that I was outside of the warranty and that they did in fact sell replacement heads. However, since I purchased my trimmer so long ago, they were afraid the replacements (which were slightly redesigned) would not fit my trimmer so they sent me a brand new unit free of charge! Even outside of my warranty, Brio took care of me! Excellent customer care.
