    They 👏Took👏Care👏Of 👏 Me 👏

    I dropped and broke the nose hair blade attachment of my nose hair trimmer. I reached out to see if they sold replacement blade heads, I'd be happy to buy another since I knew I would be out of my warranty period. Support confirmed with me that I was outside of the warranty and that they did in fact sell replacement heads. However, since I purchased my trimmer so long ago, they were afraid the replacements (which were slightly redesigned) would not fit my trimmer so they sent me a brand new unit free of charge! Even outside of my warranty, Brio took care of me! Excellent customer care.

    Excellent Customer Service

    I just wanted to express some positive feedback with the service I received from Sarah. I was extremely satisfied and appreciative of the help and support she provided me. It was quick, efficient and was very happy. I wanted to communicate this as it’s not every day that I have received this quality of service, and wanted your company to recognize this. Thank you

    Excellent service

    Sarah was very kind and patient. I had an issue properly assembling the blade so I emailed customer support. She sent me detailed instructions but I still wasn’t able to do it. She even went as far so to send me a tutorial video so that I able to do it.

    Best customer service I've ever experienced, anywhere!

    I broke a part of my trimmer that was not repairable, as well as outside warranty. Sarah took the time to clarify that we were talking about the same part and also provided a discount code so that I could buy a replacement trimmer more easily. I was very impressed and pleased with Sarah's professionalism and thoroughness. On top of the quality of the Brio Beardscape, Sarah's customer service has ensured that I will be a customer for a long, long time.
