I bought my Ivy Trimmer several years ago and loved it until the day it wouldn't turn on. For the heck of it, I contacted Customer Service, told them the trimmer was no longer under warranty, but asked for any suggestions to get it going again. Not only did they respond the very next day, but they continued to work with me until the problem was solved. They even asked for pictures of parts so they could try and see what the problem was. Thanks to their efforts, my Ivy is as good as new and I have Brio's superb and helpful Customer Service to thank for it. Well done!
