The majority of our shipments are fulfilled by Amazon and shipping time is 3-5 days.
If multiple products are ordered they may ship separately.
If your address is deemed “undeliverable” by the postal service and returned to sender, Brio Product Group will refund your order less the shipping fees. You will be contacted and can place another order if you choose to do so.

For orders outside of the US
Brio Product Group is not responsible for any additional customs charges or fees once your package has left our facility. Orders are often sent through the postal service and include Customs charges, on occasion local postal services may try to charge additional fees. Any additional Customs charges and fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information.
If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will receive a refund less shipment costs.
If your address is deemed “undeliverable” by the postal service and returned to sender, Brio Product Group will refund your order less the shipping fees and a re-delivery will not be attempted. If the customer requests a re-delivery they will have to pay the shipping fee again.
