Worked like a charm!

I've had Brio Ivy Trimmer for over 2 years and just one day out of the blue when I opened the blade compartment to clean out hair, I broke it! Luckily, I was able to quickly order a replacement. Shipping was fast and great product as always. Can't wait to continue using my trimmer, with the best part being I don't have to order a brand new trimmer. Environmentally friendly AND great for my wallet!
