Had some initial issues but Brio customer service was outstanding, I've been using my Brio now for over a year and its the best beard trimmer out there. Line ups are easy and the quality of the trim is exceptional. Battery life is incredibly long as well. Definitely the Zero Blade is well worth getting for really close trimming. All in all using a Brio beard trimmer is a great experience and gives me a beard that looks professionally groomed all the time.

It is great what a difference compared to my old cutters

Simply the best trimmer I have ever owned. Quality made and I love the adjustable blade without adding attachments. I have owned many over the years that I have bought at multiple stores that were all low quality and didn’t ever seem to last. This trimmer seems to be better built and hope for many years of use out of it. The staff at Brio are the best. They kept me posted after my purchase about when it was going to ship and when it would arrive. I highly recommend BRIO to anyone who is looking for a great beard trimmer. I bought this trimmer years ago because of alpha m but then I lost the charger. Instead of buying the charger on its own, I decided to buy a brand new one and now I have 2, (The old one still works perfectly). Really top-notch quality
